This innovative valve assembly, with the smallest size weighing under 500kg and the largest reaching over 7,000 kg, is specifically applicable to pipeline maintenance operations due to its key feature of a specialized valve mechanism.
The project demands a high level of expertise and precision, as the valves require stringent quality control and high - performance standards. Our engineers and technicians worked tirelessly to address the incomplete drawings, ensuring all specifications were accurately interpreted and implemented. Manufactured using multiple processes—including centrifugal casting, machining, welding, surface treatment, heat treatment, assembly, pressure testing, functional action testing, and painting—the Sandwich Valve embodies our engineering excellence. The assembly comprises over 40 individual parts, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail.
