Description
Description

The trackpad is an important component of the chassis walking mechanism of engineering machinery and mining machinery, such as large electric shovels, excavators, bulldozers, and mining transport vehicles. Track pads are often made of alloy castings or die forgings with high strength and impact toughness to ensure they can withstand the pressure brought by heavy equipment and harsh working conditions.

The typical process flow is: casting/forging process design - mold manufacturing - casting/forging - heat treatment (normalizing + quenching + tempering) - machining - surface treatment (blackening).

The pin shaft connects multiple trackpads in series to form a track. The assembly between the pin shaft and the track pinhole requires smoothness without interference, so that the drive wheel drives the track to work more smoothly, reducing friction and wear.

Over the years, Y&J has successfully manufactured a wide range of track pads for clients across different continents. Our trackpad assemblies have consistently demonstrated exceptional performance, even in the most challenging environments, exceeding the expectations of our esteemed customers.
